I’ve spent over 25 years working as a healthcare professional within the NHS. On the surface, it was a stable and meaningful career. But over time I began to see — both in my patients and in myself — that so much of what people were struggling with, couldn’t be reached through conventional approaches alone.
I knew there had to be a deeper way to help people heal. That conviction eventually led me to step into something that felt true.
My own journey through personal development, mindset work and subconscious healing brought me to Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) — and it changed everything. RTT combines hypnosis, neuroscience, psychotherapy and transformational coaching to reach the root cause of emotional pain and limiting beliefs, often in a single session.
